By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Machub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website, app, or services. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

All products listed on Machub are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices before confirmation. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit card payments via Paystack, USSD, and cash on delivery (Lagos only). All payments must be completed within 24 hours of order placement, after which unconfirmed orders are automatically cancelled. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Lagos orders typically arrive within 24 hours; nationwide delivery takes 2–5 business days. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for nationwide shipments, and upon physical delivery for Lagos orders. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-delivery fees apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.

Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Some products — including earbuds, personal care items, opened software, and activated devices — are non-returnable for hygiene and security reasons. All returns must include original accessories, packaging, and receipt.

New devices carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 12 months). Machub provides a 6-month store warranty on accessories against manufacturing defects. Used and refurbished devices include a 30-day Machub warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, and third-party repairs void all warranties. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and original packaging.

All content on Machub.ng — including logos, trademarks, product images, descriptions, and software — is the property of Machub or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Machub's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
